0930516015 2013-06-25 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good condition and surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tanks vent is plumbed through a 55 gallon charcoal filter and then plumbed up into a spark arrestor. The load lines have bull plugs and are locked. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.

1606862349 2013-10-22 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location with Tom Hill. The production tank has been over flowed and oil is covering a good area of the inside of the tank battery. Peat sorb has been spread to absorb the oil. I notified Mike Cutter to have the oil contaminated stone and dirt to be removed and replaced with new stone and soil. I was later notified that Scott Miller Contstruction was on location to clean up the spill. No other changes were noticed during my inspection.

1945756614 2016-11-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. There was a domestic line with two meters and four regulators off of the 4.5 inch casing. The well was fenced and locked. Last reported production for this well was in 2015. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL steel brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The valves on the mechanical separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank valves were plugged and the proper lids were installed on the production tank. Spark arrestors and a charcoal filter were installed on the production tank and the tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable.
