0822633048 2017-09-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a reinspection on this well site regarding a leaking brine tank valve. At the time of this inspection, the tank valve has been repaired and no other violations were observed.
0847746981 2013-06-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve was closed. The well and the tank battery was in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 25 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
0849908397 2017-04-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator, drip bottle and meter. The well was fenced and locked. The production records for this well were up to date. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 35 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 3/28/17 showed production. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The flow line from separator to the production tank was seeping and the line from the production tank to the brine tank was leaking at the connection. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Lease access was stable. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite from Alliance with regards to the leaking flow lines in the tank battery.
