0715273218 2010-11-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Two mechanical separators and two 100Bbl tanks in the battery. Operator has dug a drainage channel in the north west corner of the dike. Dike needs repaired to restore the integrity of the dike. Identification sign was posted on the battery.
1260709263 2013-06-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The wellhead is surrounded by a fence. The tank battery consists of a 200 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared by permit number 2-1659.
1468165630 2017-02-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced. The last reported production was submitted in 2015. The tank battery consisted of one 200 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and two mechanical separators. Valves were open on both separators and both charts showed production. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The 200 BBL production tank had holes forming along the top portion and needs to be replaced. The tank battery was diked and shared with well 2-1659. Proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable. I contacted Scott Casteel from Summit Petroleum about replacing the production tank.
1985149695 2017-06-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a reinspection on this well location for last inspection report 1468165630, regarding a leaking 100 BBL production tank. The tank has been emptied and cleaned and will be removed from the site. No other violations observed.
