1395317912 2014-03-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I responded to a requested inspection by the landowner, Michael Swiger concerning the fencing at the well. My inspection found the chain link fencing surrounding the wellhead partially on the ground and leaning on the well. The chain link fencing surrounding the tank battery was in good repair with a locked gate. The proper identification sign was posted on the fence at the tank battery. I called Bill Kenney of Summit Petroleum and left a message to repair the chain link fencing and install a new lock.

The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one mechanical separator and a line heater that has been disconnected from the production equipment. The valves on the mechanical separator were open and the chart showed production. The well was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery and the lease access was stable. No violations were observed.
