Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-811800743 2013-7-11 0:00: UP No Violations
0811800743 2013-07-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a concoil wellhead. The wellhead and tank battery are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tank is leaking at the base and there is a 4 by 3 section of oil saturated gravel. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I spoke with Garry from Alliance about replacing the tank and having the saturated soil removed from the tank battery.
1534781429 2018-08-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a Concoil plunger lift assembly and the gate valve and flow line valve was open. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 50 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the separator with two meters, a drip bottle and regulator. The tank battery was diked and had proper, legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations were observed.
