1359310642 2018-08-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well consisted of a 4.5 inch casing swaged into a 2 inch line, which was reduced into a 1 inch line. The valves on the 2 inch and 1 inch line were open. On the 1 inch line, there was a regulator, drip bottle and meter. No signage was present at the well location. No other equipment was associated with this well. I spoke with landowner, Mr. Robert Mayer with regards to ownership of the well. Mr. Mayer confirmed that he owns the well and the well is used for domestic purposes at his residence. I discussed that the well will need to have signage installed at the well location.
