0723627232 2017-11-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection the wellhead and battery chain-link enclosures were closed and locked. The load-line valves were secure and locked. Tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment as intact and free from signs of release, leaks, or problems. The well was not in active production. The domestic tie-in was closed. The charter recorder was not active. Production reports were current. Bonding and insurance were active and current. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impacts from leaks, releases, or degradation to the natural greenscape.
0982765702 2014-03-31 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit is comprised of a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift in a locked chain-link enclosure. The well is producing and I observed no signs of leakage or problems. The aboveground storage tank battery is located adjacent to the wellhead and is in a locked chainlink enclsoure. The battery is comprised of 1 100-bareel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. There is a Dominion metering run outside the battery which appears to be functioning normally. Load-outs are bull plugged and locked, there is secondary containment, and process safety equipment. There is no compliant unit ID placard anywhere. I will contact Industry Standard Supplies about the need for ID. Otherwise I did not observe signs of leaks, spills, or other problems.
1498503551 2017-06-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead and associated tank battery with dedicated access from Wilson Mills Road which was in fair condition with some grassy over-growth but passable, and well drained with no erosional deficits or problems. The wellhead and tank battery enclosure gates were locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. I noted the production tank lid had been left open and a cinder block was being used to seal the tank. Also, I noted that the ID signage was laying on the ground. I notified the well owner about the maintenance items and was awaiting a reply at the time of the filing of this report.
