0584648777 2017-11-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated tank battery, are located on a large, rural property. At the time of this inspection, fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. The load-line valves were secure and locked. Tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment as intact and free from signs of release, leaks, or problems. The battery is shared with the #2-1822 well, also located on the same parcel. The well was in active production. Production reports were current. Bonding and insurance were active and current. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impacts from leaks, releases, or degradation to the natural greenscape.

1078797390 2014-08-27 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 12/12/2005. The unit is producing and production reports are current. The well is located in a upscale suburban area with large lots, and densely wooded areas around the well and battery. The producing unit is accessed via an extension from the existing residential driveway. The access road is gravel paved and is good condition. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The valve fittings, connections, and other production appurtenances appear to be well maintained and are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production tanks, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and 2 mechanical separator units. The battery is shared with the #2-1822 unit located elsewhere on the same property. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment at the battery and the interior areas are dry. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. Unit identification placards are present at the battery and are in good condition. I observed no issues or problems requiring attention at the time of my inspection.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead and associated tank battery with shared access (private driveway) from County Line Road which was in good condition with asphalt pavement. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The tank lids were closed and secure. The secondary containment was dry and intact with no signs of spills, leaks, or other problems. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery which was comprised of level meadow with tall grasses. I observed no signs of impact or problem.
