2484366 Primary Facility 2016-05-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson-UTI Drilling Rig #315

Moved onto this well on 5/8/16 and resumed drilling at 6372 ft. KB. KOP was at 6372 ft. EOB on the curve was at 7451 ft. MD (7108 ft. TVD). TD was at 12,684 ft. MD (7158 ft. TVD) on 5/12/16. Currently running 5 ½” casing.

2487733 Primary Facility 2016-05-23 Drilling/Alteration Pending Patterson-UTI Drilling Rig #315

The 5 ½” casing was set at 12,671 ft. on 5/13/16. The casing was not cemented to surface. The Department requested the estimated top of cement (TOC) at the time of this inspection as routinely done on prior inspections. That request was denied. The operator’s well-site representative refused to give the estimated TOC to the Department due to instructions from supervisors. (After contacting the operator’s drilling engineer via telephone on 5/24/16 the Department was informed the estimated TOC is at 5372 ft. by a subsequent e-mail.)

2627285 Primary Facility 2017-08-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Martin well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed. The well head was painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2682624 Primary Facility 2018-01-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Martin well pad and the following was observed.

6 new wells were recently drilled and Range Resources is preparing the site to hydraulically fracture them at this time.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
