0503468095 2012-05-18 Orphan No Violations At the time of my inspection the gas levels detected in the suspected wellbore exceeded 110 ppm of Hydrogen Sulfide and exceeded maximum levels of Methane. There were no readings in the area surrounding the suspected wellbore.

1051860780 2012-05-25 Orphan No Violations At the time of my inspection the well was excavated to reveal 6 steel casing inside of wooden drive pipe. The 6 casing was then cut off at 6 feet below grade and a new 7 riser was welded on. A wellhead was attached and the well was shut in. Hydrogen sulfide levels in the wellbore exceeded 105 part per million with no readings in the work area.

At the time of my inspection an area in a stone parking lot west of the 4-H Horse barn was bubbling Hydrogen Sulfide gas in excess of 227 ppm. I reviewed well for submittal to the Orphan Well Program.
1338902967 2012-06-04 Final Restoration No Violations At the time of my inspection the site has been cleared of all equipment and debris. An extra load of stone was brought in and graded on site. The Restoration was approved by Fairgrounds Manager Richard King. Final Restoration Passed.
