While trying to run smaller bit into hole as discussed in previous inspection, the bit moved into the annular space between the 6 inch casing and borehole. This caused the casing to bend over into the inside of the casing at approximately 55 feet depth. The video also revealed that a portion of the 6 inch casing was missing from depth of 28 feet to 35 feet. The remaining casing in the hole was deteriorated. Operator can now not get past the 55 foot depth with 4.5 inch bit. There appears to be sufficient area to run 1.5 inch tubing past the obstruction at 55 feet. It was decided to plug the well as is rather than try to mill out obstruction. |
