1076507101 2004-02-11 Orphan No Violations Met on site with Bob Harpster to check well from plugging yesterday. Well was sealed gas tight overnight. There was no sign or smell of gas when opened. Cement was noted in pipe at ground level. All equipment removed except for water storage tank which will be pumped by vacuum truck. Well will be cut off 3 feet below ground and plate welded to top of well with State ID number tomorrow.
1077052258 2004-02-17 Orphan No Violations All equipment removed. Well cut off below ground and buried. Reclamation will be done in the spring when frost is gone from ground.
1084369834 2004-05-12 Final Restoration No Violations Reviewed site for final restoration. The access across the back of the yard and neighbors property has been seeded and strawed with vegetation growing. The other areas in the back yard where equipment was located does not appeared to have been strawed and has little growth. It appears as though the landowener may have put seed patch on the ground but there is little growth. The area where the well was located is being used for a flower bed. Further repairs are needed to establish vegetation.
1086180923 2004-06-02 Final Restoration No Violations Vegetation has emerged and is growing on barren areas noted in last inspection. Final restoration will be recommended for approval.
