1482506934 2013-04-08 Storage Well No Violations I inspected Columbia Gas Transmission gas storage well #10706 today. The well is located in the Wayne Storage Field, Clinton Township, Wayne County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a master valve and a side valve. The well is plumbed with a 3.00 pipe from the side valve to a horizontal separator. There is a 3.00 line from the separator to a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches on the storage tank are closed and secured. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with bullhead plugs in place. The storage tank is surrounded by an earthen dike sufficient to meet the standards of 1501-9-9-05. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the drip tank. No violations found.
