Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is now capable of production and has been pumped recently. Mr. Robertson stated that this well had not been pumped for 12-13 years prior to this past weekend when the well was serviced. Pictures from the initial complaint investigation on 10-20-14 show that this well was idle prior to the recent service work. The well consists of a pumping unit over 6.625 surface casing, 2 production tubing, and .75 gas escape tubing. The well is located approximately 150 from Mr. Robertsons water well. The well is owned by Sandbar Oil & Gas and needs to be added to their bond. I have informed Mr. Kevin Lafferre of Sandbar Oil & Gas of this situation. |
