0400026385 2009-02-25 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well with jack, will soon be in operation. Is this #63390. ID tag on well calls it Groves #1. Found 2 more wells directly south of this one, this one about 10 from newly surveyed property line. Jim Williams says he owns and is taking leaseholder to court regarding ownership. Survey, to me, shows Jim is correct in claim it is on his land. My question is do we need a new permit no. or do we want to move locations on #63390, #63391 and #63388? Looked for and did not find these 3 wells where they showed on my 3-D topo but are often plotted not very closely - did find old concrete base for central power back in there. Talked to Mike and we decided to just assign new number for now.
