1245648405 2009-02-25 Production Wells No Violations This well has produced with jack - is located south of the creek, with #20883 on north side of creek. Tanks have no IDs, fair dike, ID at well is metal tag that says Kuhn. Richard Antill was owner of wells - he has died and widow is selling to J & C Oil Co. MIKE - This well needs permit no. or may want to use numbers on Richards bond and move the location - otherwise, may end up with too many wells on the lease.
1433965679 2015-06-08 Production Wells No Violations Inspected this well in response to a landowner request. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production and is currently producing gas only. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 6.625 casing and 2 tubing with rods. The well has not been pumped recently, however the valve is open on the 6.625 casing and is showing gas sales. ID information on the well states that J&C Oil owns the well, however the well is not on their bond. I spoke with Mr. Jeff Jackson of J&C Oil in person and he stated that he owns the well and will put it on his bond. The tank battery for the well consists of 2 100 bbl production tanks, a mechanical separator, and containment dike. No violations were observed.
