1108275704 2010-09-15 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well with jack - dont believe is producing but valves, check valves so may be going into line. Tank down below with no dike, water is being drained downhill into creek but wells are Exempt Miss and very little vegetation being killed. Oily around tank and several other places where lines have leaked and spilled oil - never cleaned up. This well very overgrown - no one has been to well this summer but hesitate to call it idle. Landowner, David Griffin, has been producing these wells, was asked to get bonded, insured, not paying taxes or reporting annual production. Will write this NOV for all 12 wells - was asked to comply several years ago and still has not.
