This day found well with rods, tubing, not capable of production. Pumping unit - if ever on this well - has been removed and well is not tied into sales line. The owner of record is BJJ Oil & Gas, LLC and they have failed to obtain bond, insurance and add wells onto their bond, as well as get them in production. No identification but I am aware that they have had a rig on several of the wells to get them into production. Currently, wells can be plugged with approved fire clay but that option may no longer be available with passage of new laws. 4/2/12 - Tom Morrison called to say BJJ had contacted him about taking over the lease - he had decided he didnt want it but is now reconsidering - will let me know. |
