I had to beat down the weeds to be able to get pictures of the wellhead. There was a gate valve, and I was not able to determine whether or not it was open. There was another valve on the production line that was in the open position near the wellhead. There is no evidence of activity near the wellhead. There are several pieces of steel flowline laying near the dike not connected to anything. There was an elbow that seemingly went to the separator that had reduction nipples in it that then had a plug in it. This would appear to have went from this well to the separator. The motor valve near the separator in the dike area was inoperable. There were no batteries in the unit and it was not on. The dike also contained a 40-barrel plastic tank, and a 100--403. Pictures were taken at the time of this inspection. |

This well not producing, valves closed, and too much water inside dike area to check meter box - no outlet for gas so I know there is no chart. Altho Bob has had 9 years to get the wells in production, with a yearly call, if not many more, plus a discussion with Rob Stonerock, Supervisor several years ago, Bob now thinks he can have wells back in production and I verbally gave him 1-2 months. He says 2 full tanks of oil but no load line to sell it - that will be the 1st thing he does, after contacting attorney to investigate claim that lease no longer valid. My research shows lease not valid and he will need to plug wells. |
