0156882219 2015-06-23 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations Searched for over 1.5 hours to locate this well, but was unable to locate it due to very thick undergrowth around the well location and lease road. There is a 100 bbl production tank with Century Well Service ID tags still on it. The tank battery is shared with two other wells on the lease owned by Enervest and Broadstreet. I will return to this location with tools to clear brush in an effort to make locating the well more feasible.
0485539682 2005-09-07 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well producing, current chart in meter, IDs are bad, Troy Green there and he says Logan Energy owns well and is producing, have not turned production in on it, still on Centurys bond.
0630873425 2015-07-10 Production Wells Violations Noted Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production, but is currently shut in. The well consists of 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing, and 2 production tubing with a rabbit catcher and logic controller. There is a slight gas leak between the 2 tubing and 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of a 100 bbl production tank, horizontal separator, meter run, and containment dike. The chart in the meter is dated 1-1-2014, shows production, and claims Logan Energy as the producer. No production records have been submitted for this well since 2007 when Murphy Oil Co. claimed 624 mcf of gas production. DOGRM records indicate that this well is still on Century Well Services bond, making it their responsibility to plug and abandon the well. The well shall be properly plugged and abandoned by the operator within 180 days upon receipt of this notice.
0894092161 2015-12-16 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that no effort has been made to bring this well into compliance. The well is still idle. I will contact Mr. John Murphy and tell him to have the well producing by March or plug and abandon it. The failuire to plug or produce the well will result in enforcement action by the division.
1350589770 2016-03-23 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is still shut in. The well has been worked on recently and there is a new timer in place for the plunger lift system. There is a recent chart in the meter run indicating gas production. The operator appears to be making an effort to get the well back into production. New photos were taken of the location. I was accompanied on this inspection by DOGRM Geologist Jake Glascock.

I will contact Mr. Walker and inquire about the status of the well.
