During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The well is capable of production. This well is not disposing brine through the annular disposal method. There is not an annular disposal connection plumbed up to the annulus. Production equipment consists of one 100 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator. Production equipment is within an earthen dike. The identification is posted on the 100 barrel steel tank stating the correct well name but incorrect permit number. No pollution violations present during my inspection. |
