Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is equipped for production and domestic use. The well consists of 7 surface casing, 4.5 intermediate casing, and 1.5 production tubing with a rabbit catcher. The 1.5 production connection runs to a mechanical separator and a 100 bbl production tank. There is a meter run for the well at the front of the property by SR 530. The well is currently shut in and there is no chart in the meter. No pollution or contamination issues were observed on the location. I was accompanied on this inspection by the landowner, Mr. Timothy Wittekind. Mr. Wittekind stated that the well will be used to provide domestic gas to his home and shop, which are on the property. There are no existing compliance notices and/or issues with this well that need resolved before transferring for domestic use. Photos were taken of the well location to support the findings of this inspection. |
