0361781755 2006-06-30 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found no well. Talked to landowner and they think well was plugged, house is very close to being on the location. I found different looking spot in the lawn, I believe well was there. Hopefully, it was plugged?!?!?!
1328272827 2012-02-02 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations My inspection this day due to request from the landowner, John Smith, to confirm that the well does not exist. My prior inspection from 2006 also confirms the fact that I did not find a well. My inspection this day also found no well - Mr. Smith says that the well was drilled and plugged directly from the drill rig - that the company had tried to give him the well but he refused it. I will request that Columbus change the status of this well to PA.
