Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1452778986 2016-01-13 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations Performed an inspection on this well in response to a request from ODNR DOGRM Bonding and Surety Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is in production of domestic gas. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 6.625 production casing and 2.375 production tubing. The well has recently been serviced and has new rods, tubing, steel fittings, ball valves, and flow lines. A 1.25 plastic flow line is connected to the 6.625 casing and runs to a house on the landowners property. There is a new 50 bbl production tank set within an earthen dike. I spoke with the landowners son, and he stated that the well is used solely for domestic gas purposes. There is no ID posted at the well or tank, I explained ID requirements to the landowners son and he stated he would post ID as soon as possible. No significant violations that would prevent the transfer of the well for domestic ownership were noted.
