0366650464 2017-11-01 Production Wells No Violations On this inspection this day I was accompanied by Jim Williams of Gas Enterprise. The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a 6 3/4 inch diameter production casing and 2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves are open on the wellhead at the time of inspection. Jim informed me that he had recently put this well into production and is producing it for gas only. The well is now in production and the compliance notice has been resolved on this well.
0466668083 2014-11-18 Administrative Inspection No Violations Spoke with Mr. Jim Williams of Gas Enterprise Co. over the phone at 11:19 am and discussed the transfer of ownership for this well. Mr. Williams stated that his attorney is working out a new lease and right of way agreement with landowner Mr. Gary Congleton and current well owner Mr. Robert Armstrong. Mr. Williams stated that when all of the proper paperwork is finalized, he will put the well on his bond and put the well into production.
0609043197 2008-01-31 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well capable of producing, tied into gas line and no check valve at well, no IDs. Gas meter really turning!! Talked to Rob Armstrong, owner, and asked him to get IDs up, told him about small leak in his gas line beyond this well towards his 2nd well. Also told him I was getting together a list of wells that should be added to his bond - that I would send list to Columbus and they would be sending him a letter for approval and he said that would be fine.

1450971203 2015-12-23 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that no attempt has been made to gain compliance at this well location. The well is still shut in and idle. No flow line is attached to the 2 tubing and the valve on the 1 gas escape tubing is closed. Ownership transfer negotiations between Rob Armstrong and Jim Williams fell through. I will contact Rob Armstrong and advise him to get a lease to produce the well or plug and abandon it in lieu of Chiefs Orders. New photos were taken.
1849307712 2014-09-02 Production Wells Violations Noted Performed an inspection on this well in response to a landowner complaint. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is equipped for production, but is shut in. The well consists of a gasoline powered pumping unit standing over 6.625 surface casing, 2 production tubing, and 1 gas escape packer line. The pumping unit is overgrown with vegetation, and the lease road is completely grown in with vegetation, indicating no activity has taken place at the well for a long while. The 1 gas escape line runs to a common drip which several other wells run through. No production tank was found for this well. Legible and correct identification information was posted. RBDMS production records for this well indicate that this well produced 200 Mcf of gas in 2013, however judging by the condition of the well, it appears to be idle. Pictures were taken to support these findings. The operator will have 180 days upon receipt of this notice to plug and abandon the well.
2044518889 2015-02-03 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that no changes have been made to this well location since the last inspection on 11/18/2014. Mr. Jim Williams of Gas Enterprise Co. informed me recently that he is in the process of buying this well from Mr. Rob Armstrong and will be putting the well into production as soon as the transfer is completed.
