Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1778430395 2014-07-17 Production Wells No Violations Inspected this well in response to a request from ODNR DOGRM Permitting Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is incapable of production. The well consists of 6 surface casing (very corroded) and 4.5 production casing with a swedge to a 2 gate valve and a reducer with a 1 poly line attached to it. The poly line is cut in 2 places approximately 4 away from the valve. There are sub-mature trees and large amounts of brush growing up around the well. Judging by the condition of the well, it has not been visited/serviced in many years. There are no contamination or pollution issues at the well. No identification information is present on the location. There are no production tanks or other equipment associated with this well, and it is set up as a gas well only. Accompanied on this inspection by landowner Mr. Raymond Myers and his nephew Mr. Gene Myers, who both maintained that this well has not produced in many years and has only ever been a gas well. Photos were taken of this well.
