0511438867 2016-03-02 Orphan No Violations Found old well on Triad-Hunter Dow/Cline lease. The well is likely orphan. The well consists of 6.625 casing and 5.1875 casing with an old open brandenhead. The well is located next to an old central power unit which used to pump wells on the lease. The well is not leaking oil or gas at this time. Photos were taken of the well and tank. RBDMS status is PA, well does not appear to be plugged.
1126768379 2009-05-05 Orphan No Violations Inspection this day found well sitting idle, open well head. Old, rusted service rig sitting nearby and lots of debris in the area. Records show this was a Berea well drilled and abandoned in 1941. Triad producing the wells on lease but Kevin, the pumper said it was old shallow well, he felt, and didnt know anymore about it. Well has not been produced in very long time, if ever, due to lack of equipment and brush in the area. This well could possibly be worth trying if not plugged as records show it had 7 of Berea sand. Do not believe this well belongs to Triad but dont know if plugged.
