The valves on the tubing and casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with an 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being provided off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
