1152593279 2018-05-31 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with an 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being provided off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
1243009016 2017-08-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Tom Thomas, we found the well equipped with 8 5/8 inch diameter casing 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing, operated by a plunger lift system. The production equipment is made up of one 210 bbl. steel tank, one horizontal production separator. The production reporting is up to date, and the tank is properly identified.
