| 1682438621 | 2018-05-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valve was open on the tubing and one of two valves were open on the casing. A chemical injection was being used, along with a 275 gallon plastic storage tote to store chemical in. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder adapted with a 2 inch by 1.250 inch orifice plate. The 210 tank was inside an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
