The valves were open on tubing and one of two valves were open on the casing. The pumping unit was running at the time of the inspection. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 210 barrel tank, a 275 gallon plastic tote, a vertical separator and a chart recorder with an 2 inch by .500 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
