1182990676 2018-06-05 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves were open on tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with an 2 by .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place.
