2089973827 | 2018-08-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The well was shut in at the time of the inspection. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder. The tanks were in an earthen dike area. The production report was up to date but had not shown production since 2012. Proper identification was in place. Talked to M & R supervisor John Raber about the well being shut in. He stated that they were evaluating the wells and installing new sales lines in the area. |
