The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank and shared with permit number 2-3661. The dike met containment requirements. There was a locked separator outside the dike. An identification sign was properly posted at the tank and well. There was a plug on the load line. The lease road was in good condition and shared with permit numbers 2-3661, 2-0521, and 2-0445. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
