0001938841 2015-02-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank and two (2), mechanical separators. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. There were plugs on the load lines. Locked, board-on-board fencing surrounded the well and tank battery. Twenty-four hour production chart was inside the separator. The lease road was in stable condition. The well shared the tank battery with permits 2-3717 and 2-4002. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
