The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank with the proper identification sign. It was surrounded by a dike capable of meeting containment requirements. The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing and contained a 7 day production chart. The lease road was been maintained by Halcon Resources for their shale well. |
