1346937680 2012-09-06 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found a new identification sign posted and the well tender had cut down the weeds to expose the well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. Inspection passed.
1602894667 2012-07-18 Production Wells Violations Noted On 7/18/2012, I conducted a production well inspection status check. During my inspection, I could not find the well. The tank battery was overgrown with weeds and contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with no identification, one 50 barrel brine storage tank and a separator. The lease road was part of the landowners driveway. I reviewed the production records from our database and found no production since 2009. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708 to ask about production issues and the site violations. He stated that he would send the well tender out to weedeat the tank battery and well, install the proper identification, and inquire with the company about future plans for this well. I will perform a follow-up inspection by 7/25/2012.
1752751774 2016-11-01 Production Wells No Violations At the time of my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The diked tank battery has two (2) storage tanks and a separator. There is overgrown vegetation throughout the tank battery. The identification sign is peeling off of the production tank and has no well information. The load line is secure with a plug. The production equipment has a rusty appearance. The access road is in stable condition. I spoke with Larry Lower, field supervisor for Enervest. I told Mr. Lower to cut down the weeds inside of the diked tank battery and posted a new identification sign.

The equipment on the site consists of the following:
