0729605392 2016-06-22 Orphan No Violations The prior landowner, Mr. Russo, reported this unplugged well to the Division in 1993. A drilling permit had been issued for this well to be drilled to the Clinton formation well in 1984. The Division was not aware of the well and the problems with this well until Mr. Russo filed the 1993 complaint. There is not verified documentation in the Division of Oil and Gas Data Base for the amount of surface casing in the hole, the surface casing cement job or the types of problems that were encountered during the drilling of this well. The Division case file lacks factual information pertaining to the problems encountered while drilling this well and what may be in the unplugged well bore. The initial 8-17--05--
1118890730 2014-06-05 Orphan No Violations I was on location to inspect and gather information on an idle well. I found during my inspection an open 8 casing flush to the ground and filled with water. There was a section of pipe sticking out of the well at an angle marking the location. The well was located in a fenced pasture with a gated entrance near the landowners pool barn.
1420265251 2014-02-03 Orphan No Violations I was on location to investigate an idle well. I found during my inspection a section of pipe sticking at an angle in a pasture marking the well location. There was snow covering the well and the section of pipe was frozen in place. I instructed the landowner, Mr. Miller, that I would return during the spring/summer timeframe to take additional photos and gather more information.
