The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The 2 flow line valve is in the closed position at this time. A 2 domestic gas line comes off of the wells 4.5 casing. The tank battery has a 210 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a mechanical separator. An identification sign is posted; however, the previous well owner is listed. There is a dike around the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. I called and spoke with Vanguard. I instructed Vanguard to post a new identification sign. A follow-up inspection will be conducted. |
