0193542122 2013-02-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank. It was surrounded by a weathered dike; however, it meets containment requirements. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing, contained a 7 day production chart, and locked. The lease road was in stable condition and shared with permit number 2-0420. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
