1438093672 2015-07-27 Orphan No Violations I inspected the Gilbert Polcen # 1 location to update the I & O case # 1998 12-048. The wellhead was initially found and indentified in 1993. The photographs taken at that time show a wellhead positioned on an intermittent creek bank. During the subsequent 22 years Residential development affected the the landscape of the area. The creek was channelized and its positioned changed. It could not be used as a reference point. A metal detector located located a metal mass at the original location as spotted in 1993. There is not any surface expression of the wellhead nor any indication of leakage. The casing sizes could not to determined due to burial.
