0301232845 | 2011-08-29 | Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The drilling rig has moved off site. The drilling pits have been pumped down and are still fenced and lined. Pit solidification is still scheduled for next week. |
0434183832 | 2011-08-24 | Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Poulson Drilling is drilling at 3570 on salt water. They should TD the well tomorrow. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. |
0781903660 | 2011-08-25 | Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Poulson has finished drilling the well with a TD at 3910. The longstring job will be up later today. The drilling pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. The Uniontown office received a water well complaint from Gregory Tygard (330-289-2605) at 3559 Wadsworth Road. Mr. Tygard lives two doors east of Mr. Seabeck. His complaint involves water quality after he noticed an increase in suspended sediment in his water supply. Mr. Tygard denied permission when ISSI was collecting pre-drilling water samples. The complaint information was forwarded to Kyle Tharp for an investigation. |
0843771531 | 2011-09-06 | Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Chem Tech was on site to solidify the drilling pits with one load (20+ tons) of dust for each pit. Mr. Seabeck provided the trackhoe to mix the dust and cover over the pit. Pit closure occurred within the required 14 days. Preliminary Restoration is due by the first of December. |
1002809183 | 2016-06-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on the Seabeck Unit # 1 to witness the repairs to the saddle bearings in order to satisfy a noise complaint in Compliant # 5333. The walk beam was removed from the Sampson post and new bearings were installed. After re-installation of the walking beam the pumping unit was greased and restarted without the offending noise. The Complaint also mentioned the lack of landscaping surrounding the pumping unit. The well is positioned in a gravelled parking lot which would not support landscaping. The Operator, previously, had planted white pines in the line of sight from the Complainants residence which offer some screening. No violations idenified during this inspection. |
1314879190 | 2011-08-26 | Urban Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Poulson Drilling is moving off location. The drilling pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. The pits will be solidified and closed within 14 days. |
1464111257 | 2016-05-23 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected the Seabeck Unit # 1 in response to a noise complaint ( # 5333 ) initiated by a neighbor. The well was completed in August, 2011. The well was constructed with 74 of 11.75 conductor casing, 347 of 8.625 surface casing, 3909 of 4.5 production casing and 3753 of 2.375 tubing. The Owner was current in the reporting of production volumes of oil, natural gas and brine. The well was operated by an electric pumping unit and was fenced and locked. The stuffing box had leaked previously and covered the wellhead with oil and paraffin. The tank battery was comprised of a 210 barrel oil tank, a 100 barrel brine tank and 2408 horizontal separator with meter. The tank battery was secured with a locked fence and surrounded with an earthen dike. The petcock at the brine drain had accumulated oil and paraffin on the fittings and ground. The tanks had the required pressure relief hatch, charcoal filter and lightening suppressor. Aside from the previously noted leaks the equipment was free from leaks. I spoke with Tim Levengood (330.204.0313 ) concerning the noise issue and clean up around the wellhead and brine drain. Mr. Levengood said, the saddle bearings on the sampson post were bad and required replacement. They were on order from Miller Supply and would be installed as soon as he received them. The clean up would done within a day. I will re-inspect once the repairs have been made. |
