0122483037 | 2018-12-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The well was operated as a electric pumping well. The wellhead was located in the middle of the Cul-de-Sac at the end of Forest Edge Drive. The well was fenced and had legible signage posted. No leaks were found at the wellhead. The tank battery was accessed on a paved residential road southeast of the well. The tank battery was fence and surrounded with an earthen dike. Production equipment included one (1) 210 barrel stock tank, one (1) 100 barrel brine tank and one (1) vertical separator. My inspection revealed a small leak on at the six (6) foot level. I spoke with Jeff and Zack Moore and requested the tank be removed within two (2) weeks. I also requested that the well be shut in until the piping is reconnected to use the 100 barrel tank as a stock tank. A water truck removed all of the fluid ( down to the two (2) inch drain level ) from the offending tank during my inspection. |
0222828006 | 2018-12-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Barton Well Services was steaming out the 210 barrel stock in order to remove the tank. Moore Well Service personnel to move the tank and placed it on a trailer and haul away. The 100 barrel brine tank will be utilized as the stock tank. |
