Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1476884680 2016-10-18 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations The well was located in a pasture field and operated as an electric pumping well. The well head was comprised of the a stuffing box, pumping tee, two (2) Baird pressure regulating valves and valves to shut in the well. The 8.625 surface casing ( well records ) was not exposed at the surface. The 4.5 casing had a gauge which read 140 psi. and the tubing had a gauge which read 110 psi. The well was surrounded by a locked six (6) foot chain link fence topped with barbed wire. I did not identify any leaks, at the well head, during my inspection. The access road to the tank battery was gravelled. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel oil tank, one (1) 50 barrel steel brine tank and a vertical separator. The tank battery was surrounded with a six (6) foot chain link fence, topped with barbed wire, and an earthen dike. The access to the tank battery was secured with locks. The load lines had flat plugs tighten in the valves. The 100 barrel oil tank nor any other fixture of the tank battery was not leaking at the time of my inspection. The surface owner ( Saibens ) live on the subject tract and are using the natural gas for their own consumption. There were not any other private dwellings within 200 of the well head. There were not any public buildings within 200 of the well head. I advised Mrs. Saiben to post the tank battery and well head with I.D. signage containing the required information once the well ownership is transferred.
