0011679089 2002-04-09 Production Wells No Violations 4-9-02 - Bath Fire Dept. received a complaint on the Stout #2 regarding a tank leak. Inspectors Claus and Worstall, along with Bath Fire Dept. personnel inspected the site. The brine tank is starting to seep at a point approximately halfway down on the side of the tank. The I.D. sign is faded and weathered but can still be read. There are NO VIOLATIONS at the tank battery or at the wellhead. G. & O. Resources will be contacted about the leak starting on the brine tank.
0046039809 2006-07-11 Production Wells Violations Noted The ID has been posted, the weeds cut down and the tank battery has been painted. The buried steel tank still needs to be removed before the violation is corrected.
0239781608 2005-04-06 Production Wells Violations Noted During a status check inspection - there was oil inside of the tank battery. I contacted John Stropoli with G&O and told him to remediate the spill and post the required ID signs. There was reported production in 2003. However, the power is off at the pump jack and the well might be idle.
0243922639 2005-04-19 Production Wells Violations Noted The affected material inside of the containment dike has not been removed.
0487061742 2005-04-11 Production Wells Violations Noted G&O has placed sorbent pads inside of the containment dike. Material has not been removed.

1390306697 2006-04-27 Production Wells Violations Noted Status check inspection found 1) that the tank battery did not have the required identification, 2) an illegal buried steel brine tank inside of the containment dike and 3) the tank battery was in poor overall condition. The ID must be posted, the brine tank and any impacted soils must be removed and properly disposed and the tank battery area and equipment must be properly maintained. Maintenance items include painting, controlling vegetation and securing the fence.
1424575468 2005-05-11 Production Wells Violations Noted The violation will be resolved after the sorbent pads have been removed and disposed.
