0029779588 2002-09-12 Production Wells No Violations CASE 02-032 - The Uniontown office received a complaint from the land owner (Mr. Wayne Arnold 330-666-1466) concerning two idle wells on his property, the Boss #1 and #2. The #1 well is owned by Murphy Oil. An inspection of the site indicated that the #2 well is shut in, the area surrounding the wellhead is overgrown and the stock tank, brine tank and separator are in disrepair. The last reported production from the Boss #2 was 1999. North Coast Energy is required to either produce or to properly plug and abandon this well. Prior to placing this well back into production, the structural integrity of the stock tank, brine tank and separator must be evaluated.
0564473982 2006-04-18 Production Wells Violations Noted Status check inspection found that the new tank battery has been placed too close to the well. The separator is approximately 15 from the well and the stock tank is 20 from the well. The tank battery must be moved and the required spacing maintained (50 from the well with 10 between the separator and the stock tank).
1479387244 2016-11-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The Boss # 2 well was accessed on a two track field lane. The well was operated as a plunger lift well. I did not identify any leaks at the well head. The Operator was current in the reporting of production volumes. A current chart was hung on the gas measurement meter. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel fluid tank, one (1) vertical separator and one (1) gas measurement meter. The I. D. signage reflected the new Operator and was legible. I did not identify any leaks at the tank battery during this inspection. No violations found during this inspection.
2070731188 2003-04-22 Production Wells Violations Noted CASE 02-032 The well is still idle and there has been no effort to either place the well back into production or to properly plug and abandon. I spoke with Andy (330-793-6974) regarding the well. He stated that he is either selling the well to Moore Well Service or Gas Acquisition to plug and abandon. He hopes to close on the sale by 05/15. An extension of this NOV is granted to 06/01.
2085069026 2006-07-17 Production Wells Violations Noted The spacing violation has been corrected and the well is in production.
