The well equipment includes a pumpjack, rods, 2-3/8 tubing, 8 and 10 casings. According to Dalton Smith, this well has been transferred to Wesley Lemon, who is not on the surety list.
1154962349 2006-08-02 Production Wells No Violations The vegetation around the wellhead has been cut back, the valves have been replaced and the flowline has been replaced. The surface owner (Al Warmus) is still planning on taking ownership of the well and moving the tank battery onto his property.
1958929612 2003-10-07 Production Wells No Violations Holly Deeds with the AGs office requested a field review of five orphan Oriskany wells in this area. There is a pumping unit on the well. No other production equipment was readily apparent. Also met with the property owner (Warmus) and discussed the possible future actions.
