0132115837 2014-08-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling. They are currently in the lateral of the well at 6347. The rig is out of the hole and just received a set of reamers to run in the bottom hole assembly due to several dog legs that have occurred in the well. The dog legs have been hard to control due to silt stringers and unforeseen changes in lithology in the white Clinton. They plan to get back into the hole and slide drill until they are back on track. There is a possibility of the rig having to sidetrack the lateral slightly but the will first attempt to try to slide back into they desired path. There are no violations at this time.
0215837617 2015-03-20 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to check the status of preliminary restoration. The graveled lease road leads up to a tank battery contained within a steel dike. The tank battery contains four (4) 210bbl production tanks, vertical mechanical separator, two poly brine tanks and meter boxes. The tank battery has proper ID signage, bull plugs and locks. The pumpjack well is in good condition and contains the proper annular gauges with no annular over pressurization. The tank battery, wellhead and roadways all conform to spacing requirements. Dirt work for the location is still on going and not yet completed. I will follow up on location to ensure restoration has been completed.
0319336077 2014-09-09 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location to check the status of Chipco LLC drilling out the frac balls present in the lateral of this well. The service rig is currently running back into the well to drill out the balls after pieces of the drilled out balls plugged the wellhead and prevented circulation from being able to be established. The rig will trip in and drill out the rest of the balls so that flow back of the well can begin. There are no violations at this time.
0319413973 2014-10-01 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location to check the status of Chipco service rig pulling the flow back equipment from this well. The well has been fully flowed back and is now being prepared to have tubing and rods installed in the well to prepare for a pump jack to be installed and the well put into full production. There are no violations at this time.
0426129854 2014-09-03 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location to check the status of Universal Well Services rigging up on this well to prepare for the hydraulic fracturing of this well. Once the well is rigged up and ready they will pressure test the lines and the wellhead before shutting down for the night. The first stage is going to be pumped tomorrow (9-4-2014) and continue until Saturday.
0478587833 2014-08-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling this well. The well has reached TD and the rig is currently tripping out of the hole. The well was drilled to 7583 and the Pep rig is nearly tripped out of the hole. The reamer run went well and no major tight spots were found. The rig is now going to install the 4.5/5.5 tapered production string. There will be 16 stages of packers and frac ports installed into the well. They will then have Pep rig down and bring in a service rig to cement the casing. There are no violations at this time.
0614634873 2014-07-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep drilling. The rig is currently slide drillinga 6.75 hole on fluid in the lateral at 5244 and will continue to slide until back onto target. The expected TD for this well is 7550. There are no violations at this time.
0798807851 2014-08-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location to witness the cementing of the 5.5 diameter vertical production casing of this well. A cement port collar was installed in the casing at 4412 and 2 3/8 diameter tubing was stabbed into the port collar. Universal pumped 371sks of Unifill Light cement and 100sks of 50/50 2% gel, 10% salt tail cement. The cement was displaced with 16bbls of freshwater water. A reverse circulation of 105bbls of brine and 5bbls of fresh water were used to remove any residual cement in the casing after the cement port collar was closed shut. The frac stack will be installed and the well prepared for stimulation. The pits are going to be closed and solidified tomorrow. There are no violations at this time.
0823109016 2014-08-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling this well. The well has reached TD and the rig is currently tripping out of the hole. The well was drilled to 7583 and the Pep rig is going to run back into the hole to make a reamer run to make the running of the 4.5/5.5 tapered production casing easier. They expect to be done reaming sometime in the early mourning.
1219974816 2014-08-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on location to check the status of Pep Drilling moving from this location. The rig derrick and floor have been moved to the Ramsey well and the rest of the rig equipment is currently being loaded onto trucks to be moved. Chipco LLC will be moving onto location with a service rig Wednesday to prepare the well for cementing of the production casing. The cement job will be discussed and planned on Wednesday to ensure proper cement fill up. There are no violations at this time.
1231669917 2014-08-26 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location to check the preparation of the location for the frac. The frac tanks are on location and water is being hauled onto location. The frac stack on the wellhead is set and has been pressure tested. Universal will be moving onto location 9/3/14 to set up and will begin the frac 9/4/14. There are no violations at this time.
1405940995 2014-07-19 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations
1408974717 2014-08-25 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location to pick up the cement tickets from the 4.5/5.5 production casing cement job and to check the status of preparing the location for hydraulic fracturing. The pits have been solidified and closed. The frac stack has been installed on the well and Universal well services is on location to pressure test the gate valve, goat head and flow cross to 8500psi to ensure wellhead integrity. There are no violations at this time.
1434644165 2015-06-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to check the status of preliminary restoration. Dirt work for the location is complete and the location has been planted with corn. At this time preliminary restoration is complete.
