The lease road is graveled and leads up to a pump jack well with I.D. and in good mechanical condition and contains all necessary gauges. The tank is surrounded by a dike and has proper I.D. signage. The tank battery contains two 210bbl production tanks, a 100bbl brine tank and a horizontal separator. Vegetation has been established and there are no erosion control issues. At this time preliminary restoration has been passed. |
