| 1887141441 | 2018-05-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | I received a phone call from Nate Lane (Emergency Operations Coordinator) at 19:07 on 05/23/2018. He advised me of a tank leak for well 34-151-23667-0000 which was contained within the dike and that Alliance Petroleum was on location starting clean-up operations. I arrived on location, Sutton Pump & Supply is on location removing contaminated solids and fluids from the dike. I spoke with Matt Postlethwait (Production Foreman, Alliance Petroleum) he advised me the inground concrete brine vault will also be removed. He also stated a manifest was being filled out for Kimble landfill were the contaminated material and brine vault will be taken. The well is equipped with a pumpjack with an electric motor. The production is shut-in and the circuit breaker is in the off position. |
