1140791136 2006-02-23 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations In permitting the Haag #2 Unit for Great Lakes, Mike McCormac noticed a possible idle well (drilled 5-18-1969) on our map. There is no production information, no registered owner, and no information that the well was plugged. I attempted to locate the well, but found nothing. A water well (40.70551, 81.41060) was observed in the vicinity where the oil and gas well (40.70541, 81.41040) should have been. Water well records show that the water well was drilled in 1973. The property owner at that time was Michael Malavite. I met with the current resident at address 2963 Seeman who has lived there for 18 years and has no knowledge of the oil & gas well. He suggested that I contact the Malavite family (previous property owners) about the oil and gas well.
